Our potential Experts are first put through a personality interview to ensure that they’re not only knowledgeable but friendly and good at helping you understand complex problems. From there we put them through several technical situations reflective of the types of issues that our clients come to us with. Finally, we verify all of the certifications and do reference checks to ensure that their skills are up to date and align with what we’re expecting. Overall Hopps accepts less than 9% of Experts that apply.
