While we aim to have Experts available on-demand and ready to meet with you immediately, in some cases that isn't possible. If you are reaching us outside of our typical operating hours or if there is currently high demand you may receive a message that no Experts are currently available.
In this case, you will be provided with the option to schedule a session. Simply select a time that will be convenient for you to meet later and we will match you with an Expert who will respond to acknowledge and accept the session. If you are having difficulty connecting with an Expert at a time that works for you, please reach out to support@hopps.io and our Support Team will be happy to assist with coordinating a session.
